Our Community

As part of Rutherford County, employees of occupants at RiverStone Business Park will enjoy a small-town community that is still close to some of the Southeast’s fastest-growing business centers, including Charlotte, North Carolina, and Greenville, South Carolina.

High productivity rates, competitive labors costs, experience and flexibility are all traits of Western North Carolina’s workforce. The region’s high quality of life lures many talented and skilled people to the region. Twenty-one percent of our workforce is engaged in manufacturing.
