ArvinMeritor is a premier tier one automotive supplier with a 100-year history of delivering technologically advanced systems, modules and components to the motor vehicle industry. They manufacture diverse products, for light vehicle, commercial truck, trailer, and specialty original equipment manufacturers, and related aftermarkets.

ArvinMeritor is RiverStone’s first tenant. In 2000, Stonecutter entered into a turnkey build-to-suit lease agreement with ArvinMeritor. The 120,000 SF facility was built within budget, ahead of schedule, and without any lost time accidents. The RiverStone facility startup team was recognized by ArvinMeritor management for the facility’s efficient and trouble free start up.

Their facility at RiverStone assembles heavy vehicle drive axles from component parts shipped from suppliers worldwide. This facility is the critical final step for just in time delivery of complete drive axles to heavy vehicle manufacturers.
